Flavorful and Easy dishes from Northern Europe
Class will be highlighting the flavorful and easy dishes from Germany, Russia and Poland
using local Adirondack ingredients.
These all blend wonderfully together, that's why we call ourselves "Adirondack Alps".
Explore entrees and those wonderful desserts. From local Adirondack grass-fed beef Sauerbraten to a spring Linzer torte. Learn and take home at 5 entrée and
5 dessert recipes from class, follow up on the Adirondack Alps Cooking forum.
